The Winter Session runs from January 5 to March 13 at the Aldergrove Community Center. There are a range of sessions throughout the week. Please take a look at the programs available to find the best one for you. For more information and to register, visit Uplifter.
Skate Canada fee - An annual fee, valid Sept. 1, 2024–Aug. 31, 2025, payable at registration. All money collected for this fee goes directly to Skate Canada.
Pre-Canskate:This is Skate Canada's Learn to Skate Program designed for the littlest skaters age 2-5. This session is on Fridays from 9:15-10:00am from January 9-February 27.
Canskate: This is Skate Canada's Learn to Skate Program. In Winter, this program is on Tuesday and/or Friday from 5:00-5:45pm.
Teen/Adult Learn to Skate: This is our newest program, designed for Teens and Adults who want to learn to skate or improve their skills. This session is on Fridays from 4:15-5:00pm.
Jr. Academy: These sessions are by inviation from our coaches, and are designed for skaters ready to start working on their figure skating skills. Jr. Academy includes both on ice and off ice training. In Winter, Jr. Academy is on Tuesdays from 3:30-5:00pm, Thursdays from 3:30-5:15pm and/or Fridays from 4:15-6:00pm
Open: All skaters that are in STAR 1 or higher can register for these sessions. Please note that lessons are not included in the price.Our Open sessions are Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00-8:00am and Friday from 3:15-4:15pm.
Development: Skaters in Star 1 and higher who are also registered for an Open session can register for this session. These sessions include an on ice and off ice group lesson. Development sessions are divided by level. There are Development sessions on Monday from 4:45-6:30pm, Tuesday from 4:15-5:45pm and Thursday from 3:30-5:15pm.
Our STAR 4, STAR 6, STAR 8, Adult 2 and Adlut 3 teams practice from September to March. Check back for information about spring skills and try-outs for our 2026-27 teams.
